World Mental Health Day
Thank you to all of our students and staff who supported World Mental Health Day on Friday 9th October!
Staff and students pledged to improve their own and others mental health by:
- Be there for others and listen
- Complete 5 minutes meditation every day
- Use social media less
- Jog on Saturdays
- Use arts and crafts as a way to destress
- Stay positive
- Donate to charity
- Go out running
